The Adjustable-Height Duduk represents an evolution of the traditional duduk, designed to simplify the tuning process of the instrument.
Due to the reed’s sensitivity to humidity, the pitch of the duduk can fluctuate unpredictably, causing disruptions while playing. This innovative design allows for manual adjustment of the upper end of the duduk, enabling musicians to fine-tune the pitch and navigate between frequencies around A=440 Hz (with adjustments reaching 432 Hz or 448 Hz).
