Right of Withdrawal
According to current law, the consumer has the right of withdrawal, giving them the opportunity to change their mind about their purchase of goods or services online. It can be exercised before the delivery of the goods.
Receipt of an Incorrect or Damaged Order
Maison Duduk undertakes to refund within 14 days any item that presents hidden defects or quality issues upon receipt of the product. The refund will be made, as the case may be, by credit to the bank account or in the form of a credit voucher on the site. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
In the event of a model or item error during the order preparation, Maison Duduk undertakes to exchange the item. Return and reshipping costs will be borne by the seller. In the case of abnormal or abusive claims, Maison Duduk may refuse to serve a subsequent order.
Items Not Refunded by Maison Duduk
Products ordered on the official website www.maisonduduk.com are refundable within 14 days after the delivery date, subject to some exceptions:
- Any items damaged by scratches, wood cracks, or varnish erasures.
- Any digital product (Sheet music, Training, Manual)
- Any instrument reeds (hygiene standards) Return / Refund
