The company Maison Duduk engages in the sale of musical instruments.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions") define the rules applicable in the context of the sale of instruments on the website,

Any natural person, not acting as a trader, with legal capacity to contract, exclusively domiciled in countries delivered by www.maisonduduk.com (hereinafter the "Customer") making a purchase of a Product on the Site.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, it is agreed that the Customer and the company Maison Duduk shall be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually referred to as the "Party".
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale") govern without restriction the sales of Products made by the company Maison Duduk.
The company Maison Duduk reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on the Site. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable are those in force on the Site at the date of the Customer's order; it being understood that any order for a Product offered on the Site implies the full and complete acceptance by the Customer of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of placing the order.
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the conditions under which the Products are marketed by the company Maison Duduk to the Customer. They thus regulate the various stages of the sale: from the Customer's order to the delivery of the Product(s) to the Customer.
ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale by Matani Paris are those listed on the Site on the day of its consultation by the Customer. Each Product will be the subject of a descriptive sheet which, in addition to the photograph, will include: the price, the photograph, and the available sizes. Minor differences between a Product and its photograph may exist, depending in particular on the resolution and color definition of the user's screen or, given the materials, a slight difference in size or color. Handcrafted by artisans, jewelry may have irregular finishes, reflecting their authenticity.
The company Maison Duduk undertakes to deliver Products that comply with the regulations in force relating to the safety and health of individuals, in accordance with European provisions, and in particular with regulations on regulated chemical substances.
ARTICLE 3: PRICES
The prices are indicated in euros including all taxes, excluding delivery charges; it being specified that the value-added tax is the one in force on the French metropolitan territory on the day of validation of the order.
The prices applied are those communicated on the Site and confirmed to the Customer when the order is validated.
Delivery charges are communicated to the Customer on the order summary before validation and are expressed including all taxes. These charges are borne by the Customer and are invoiced in addition to the selling price of the Products.
The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the Products will take place after delivery and receipt of the Products by the Customer.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but we undertake to apply the rates indicated on the Site at the time of your order.
Please note that in case of display of an incorrect price, manifestly derisory (low price), for whatever reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error), the order - even validated by us - will be canceled, of which we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then be able, if you wish, to place your order at the corrected and exact price.
ARTICLE 4: ORDER
The customer must identify himself/herself for his/her order to be recorded.
After payment validation, the customer receives an e-mail informing him/her that his/her order has been recorded. Any order recorded is considered as acceptance of the price and description of the product.
Registration does not necessarily mean acceptance by Maison Duduk.
The company Maison Duduk reserves the right not to validate the order in case of:
Abnormal or abusive claims, Abnormal orders in terms of quantities ordered, Abnormal or abusive exchanges and returns, Existing dispute(s) with the customer, Inaccurate information provided by the customer.
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT
Payment for items online is made by Credit Card. The accepted cards are: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard.
Maison Duduk makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the Internet.
The transaction is carried out and secured by ShopifyPayments. The website uses a secure payment module type SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All data exchanged on the web is encrypted.
Payment is entirely secure.
ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY
Maison Duduk will deliver orders within a maximum of five (5) working days for deliveries to Metropolitan France, from the day following payment of the order.
Upon receipt of the order, Maison Duduk recommends that the customer check the conformity of his/her order and inform him/her of any anomaly concerning it, and this within 24 hours during working days
