For musicians seeking an even richer and more nuanced sound, especially in concert or recording settings, we recommend our Premium range, carefully selected for its superior acoustic quality.
Selection
Our team carries out a rigorous selection process with our partner artisans. Each reed is classified according to precise criteria into either the Standard or Premium range.
Reeds deemed non-compliant with our performance standards are systematically returned to the workshop for revision and are never offered for sale.
Quality Control
As a specialized distributor, La Maison du Duduk applies a demanding verification protocol to each reed, evaluating:
- Tuning accuracy (overall pitch)
- Timbre (sound character)
- Response (reed reactivity)
- Compatibility of the tuning ring
Each reed is tested four weeks after manufacture, allowing us to offer reeds that are already partially broken in, ensuring better stability from the moment you receive them.
Returns and Exchanges
